So the book picks up right after the first one ended and I don't know how to feel about that. I mean she's still grieving over the fact that he hit her and he just jumps back in? No, she needs time, but maybe with the love she holds for him she might not being to get over him ever. He was her first everything. He obviously cares a lot for her and he's willing to change the arrangement just to make her happy.
