Beatrice is at home waiting for Caleb. When he gets home they prepare dinner and the family eats together. Whole they are eating their father is talking about how his day went and Beatrice kept interrupting which is not normal for abnegation. After dinner Beatrice went upstairs confused on which faction to pick because the next day she was gonna have to choose.

Yes I really do like my book because there is a lot of suspense and is a little like the hunger games which I just love. I don’t know if you would like it because I don’t know if you have read the hunger games or not. If you have and enjoyed it then I am sure you would like it though.

Today is the day that Beatrice takes the aptitude test. At school they call ten students at a time to take the test. Her and here brother, Caleb, are waiting. They call Caleb's name and he turns into a ghost by going super pale.

For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family and being who she really is. she can't have both.
