Cherry and Pony got up to go to the concession stand to get more snacks. After the movie ended the boys realized the girls didn't have a ride home so they offered to take them. They hesitantly agreed and started walking to Two-Bits car. Pony was talking with Cherry and Two-Bit was talking with Marcia.

Pony went out with Johnny and Dallas around town to have fun. At night they ended up at this big drive-in to see a movie. They ended up sitting behind two girls Cherry and Marcia, Dallas tried annoying them and succeeded he left after a while and Johnny came back. Pony and Johnny started talking with the girls and they invited them to sit in front. Two-Bit came by scared P and J and then talking to the girls too.

Ponyboy was walking back from the movies when the Socs followed him and getting out of the car they pin him to the ground and hold a knife to his neck. He screams out for someone to help him. Thankfuly the rest of his gang and brothers come out and chase the Socs away. When the socs are gone they all sit down to smoke and discuss their plans for the next day.
