James Bond gets in his Bentley and chases the car that took Vesper which is a Citroën. He chases the car through a town right outside of the casino. While chasing the other car he is describing his car. This is another way that the movie is different from the book. In the movie he drives an Aston Martin, while in the book he drives a Bentley.

Vesper is called out of the nightclub with a note. It is from James Bond's friend Mathis. It takes James Bond a little while wanted to realize that Mathis would not send a note he would come in to the club and be straight up. James rushes out of the ground and it doesn't see Vesper. He rushes down the hall and out the front door to see a car drive off with Vesper in it. Vesper has just been kidnapped.

Finally the game is over. Bond has won the card game finally. Bond now is going to go to a nightclub with his partner, Vesper, when he sees Le Chiffre leave quickly. He's curious as to what he might do. He did not want to Bond to win. Bond is curious as to what Le Cheffire might do.

Bond is about to reenter the game when Le Chiffre's gunman walks over to Bond and sticks his pistol right on Bonds back. He has threatened Bond to pull out of the game because Le Chiffre will lose to him. The gunman starts counting to 10 in French. Bond has to fall on the guy and almost break his hand to get free.

The game has started. Bond so far is not doing so good. Bond has just about lost this round to Le Chiffre when somebody delivers and envelope that is full of a lot of money from the US government. Bond is very happy that somebody has helped him and is now starting to get back in the game.

James Bond is now in the game. The game hasn't started yet but they are sitting around the table. This is where James Bond is describing all of the players who are playing against him. One of the players he is playing is named Le Chiffre. He has to beat this guy to complete the mission.

Here James Bond is having dinner with his assistant Vesper. This is before the big card game. Vesper does not know how the game is played, so James Bond is explaining it step-by-step to her. They both order a very lavish dinner and some wine. This is also when James Bond tells her about his new drink that he made.

Here James has met the CIA Agent he is working with. He meets him in the casino a few hours before he plays a big card game against his enemy, Le Chiffre. He orders a drink that he invented and talks about how he needs to get it patented soon.

Out side of the diner where Bond met the girl a bomb blew up right next to Bond. He was thankfully saved buy a large tree. Two men in straw hats tried to kill him but instead they blew them selves up. But they did injure Bond.

Bond has just been assigned a partner and she is a girl. In the beginning he is very upset with this idea because he says that the girl will get in the way. Later on in the chapter he starts to like her. He meets her in a diner with his friend Mathis. They get to know each other and as he leaves there is an explosion outside.
