Dear Dr Kahneman, how can I achieve flow? For example, a mathematician can spend hours loving and solving his equations (flow) versus someone who must make an effort to solve the same equation (system 2 effortful). Would someone need to immerse themselves in the same habitual activity to achieve flow or dependent on personal enjoyment and interest?
