Ok, so what was the point of her even being a vampire to begin with? I mean, seems like the other vamps would be after her one way or the other, so it was kind of pointless in terms of plot development.

Ok so for starting thoughts. I'm not sure what sort of paranormal MC we are going to end up dealing with. It seems like we are dealing with a vampire but I'm not so sure that's going to last. Looks like it will be more of gods&angels academic thing.
Also, I don't like her. Almost right away she rejects the only guy she apparently can stand, simply because he's heavyset, and she doesn't 'go for that kind of guy'.
