WHAT A FUCKING JOKE TO PUT THAT LINE IN THIS BOOK WHICH SO FAR TREATS WOMEN AS NOTHING BUT ONE DIMENSIONAL OBJECTS AND PRIZES 😑

You can tell this guy thinks he’s the smartest person in any room he enters. He man takes half a page to say something that could be in two sentences and it’s the only reason this book is 700 fucking pages.

It’s not even particularly beautiful writing, it’s just wordy for the sake of being wordy.

I’ve started tabbing. Yellow for anything derogatory to women and orange for anything else that makes me roll my eyes and think “yeah, THIS was written by a man”

This book is really going out of its way to remind me why I vastly prefer fantasy written by women 😐
