In the introduction reference is made to the last two collections Buckets of Diamonds and Smoke Killer. As far as I can tell these have never been published. Can anyone enlighten me? Is there any chance that someone will complete Mr Wixon’s intentions in the future, or will Volume 12 be the last collection to be published?
