This's an essay by Haruki Murakami, which was published back in 92 but the essay itself was written earlier than that(mid 80's-late 80's). His writing style in this essay is more rigid (it may be because he was younger) but humorous & funny as always. I've never thought that I'd want twin boyfriends (yes, BOTH at the same time, according to him)by the way but I agree that taxi drivers in Chiba are, yes, friendly.
