This is a very interesting book.

...and the rubbing of my coat against my jeans and that clinking of the zip made me sound like a robot, marching along. Hmm.

Terrifyingly marvelous.

Oh, this is a bad thing I'm doing because this is such an interesting book and I need to write. Just the line 'a world of intelligent robots who have forgotten their distant past' hooks me from the start. This is the next book for my York SciFi Book Club meeting so I have to read it. (have to!) So, I'm walking to work and I see this guy and I'm thinking 'his circuits aren't tuned to optimal configuration'. HELP ME!!!
