Read about Lucid Dreaming and what it is. Learned about some of the severe types of sleep disorders, one of which is named Sonambulism-which is also called Sleep Walking. Sleepwalking happens in deep NREM sleep as when you wake the person, he is not able to recall any dream. However, it is treatable and harmless. However after reading Kenneth Parks case in 1987 it gave me a chill.
