My book Ark Angel , by Anthony Horowitz, is very interesting at the end because Alex comes down from space and it seems as he is about to die, but, he survives a free fall out of space and is back in the world he is used to being in. For example, in the text it says "the wrong side of the world---but that didn't matter. Alex Rider was back". This shows how the author is showing that Alex Rider isnt over yet.

In my book Ark Angel , by Anthony Horowitz, the authors tone is very emotional and heartbreaking. Because in the book Alex is shot and as he is dying, everything slows down. As he is dying he looks up to see his parents standing in front of him, his mom crouches down and touches him on the heart right where the bullet hole was sybolizing that no one will ever froget him. "...Alex smiled and closed his eyes"(188)
