A must read for the beginner kombrewer! This book imparts knowledge above and beyond any other research I have done. Now, I actually feel like I know what I am doing. I can not wait to try some of the delicious Kombucha and even Kooking recipes in this book. Glad I have some Kombucha brewing as we speak.
