I'm not sure what to think of this book so far. Badiou seems to be taking a stance on something that appears to be against our contemporary resignation concerning ethical matters. I use the words 'seems' and 'appears' because Badiou writes in the deliberately obscure style typical of French philosophy. I have a feeling that this book contains a gem or two, but he's gonna make me dig for them.
