For those of you who don’t know, this is my second attempt at Dune. I’m like 50 pages past where I stopped last time (which was in April), and for the first time since starting it, I felt like I couldn’t put it down! I hope the rest of the book is more like this. Jessica+Paul in the desert was unfortunately very tedious, but we’re getting g to the part of the book I was most interested in- the fremen culture.
