I picked this up as I'm struggling with lupus & accepting at the age of 27 I can't do some of the most simple tasks. It's really comforting to know that THERE IS a life after lupus. If you know someone with this illness give the book ago, it gives an insight into what they might be feeling. I can only speak for myself but I'm never seeking sympathy only understanding & this book is helping even me understand lupus.
