So far this book is really slow and I'm not really sure I could find a theme because there are so many different parts in the book. But something tat has been in the story the whole time is probably anger. This whole time in the story I can tell that Erik is angry. His parents left him so they could go to war, and his grandparents are kind of weird and don't like him much.

This book in my opinion is believable. I think this because it seems so real, a kids parents get deployed to go to war so he has to move in with his grandparents. Also in the beginning he wants to live with a friend of his, but his parents tell him that he has to move in with a real family member, and that is real.

Do I think this book could be a movie? No I don't. It's kind of boring right now and it doesn't seem like a book many kids read. And books like "Divergent" or "The Hunger Games" became movies because many people liked these books and read them. And most books that become movies are usually very popular. Then they become movies.

I get really distracted when there is a really slow part in the book. I think I get distracted because I like action and really fast passe things, and if it's slow or boring I start to get bored then I don't feel like reading. How I get back into reading, I take like a 30 second break then just keep reading.
