So hopeful, educational, and I can't say enough how empowering gaining this knowledge is. This book is the explanation for how to keep our bodies in tune and functioning. Expressions and generalized beliefs like "laughter is the best medicine" are explained fully and comprehensively. Mind, body, spirit, energy all makes sense and is easy to do, prove, and make into routines at home. This education is life saving.

I am learning and absorbing so much goodness, encouragement, hope, and skill. Every home should have this book, taken seriously alongside human and animal first aid manuals. Correction: if you read and tried these energy methods and topped your energy up daily, physical aid would be rare and unneeded. It is this important to read.
