Bittersweet.

I think if I did not have so raw of a day, would the end come with such conflicted feelings from me. If I thought on it, it would make sense, mythically- but, right now, it's not something I can think on.

"He had imagined himself a man for her, and he allowed her to see the extent of this man, and he gave her this speck of heart, which was a man, to hold for a moment before taking it back the second before it faded." (325)

Ooh, I feel really torn about this book, now... I wish I didn't! But...I'm just gonna say for anyone who's reading this- no spoilers, but- ...you might not want to read if you're struggling with mental health issues right now. Take care of yourself.

...O___O...this is not exactly where I expected this book to go...ouch...
