This is one of those books that you can't put down! There's always something new happening, especially on the Caine side of the story. They're all so dark and secretive, you never know what's going to happen, AND also there's a secret "Darkness" ghost. To some that might be too many plots but I find it really entertaining. The kids in this book are so young and yet they act so mature, I wonder if we can do that.

It being the sequel of Gone, I was really excited to read Hunger! It's similar to Gone, when it comes to the layout, it jumps from place to place, which I like. I don't really like how it repeats everything that happened in Gone, but I get that the author kind of has to do that, so that the people who started from book 2 will get everything. I really enjoy reading about Caine and Diana, they're secretive people.
