The baselines for Jung's famed Red Book was taken from these notebooks. And you run into the same kind of highly personalized language that is present in Liber Novus. Great for opening up possibilities in your own life. But it is full of Jung's universe and ideas, in fact haunted by his own personal ghosts. If your ready for that then this is a great read.
