As he is dying he looks up to see his parents standing in front of him, his mom crouches down and touches him on the heart right where the bullet hole was sybolizing that no one will ever froget him. I think Alex will kill Mrs.Jones not for money, but to get revenge for Mrs.Jones killing his dad. According to the text it says "Mrs.Jones, mocking him across 14 years, destroying his life before it had even begun" This shows how Alex wants to get revenge on Mrs.Jones for ruining him"

In my book Scorpia , by Anthony Horowitz, Alex joined Scorpia only because he wants to get revenge on the M16 for killing his father and ruining his life. For instance in the text it says, "Mrs.Jones mocking him across four years, destroying his life before it had really begun" This Shows how Mrs. Jones and the M16 destroyed Alex's life.
