Written in 1983. Still on the shelves of Wimberley, TX library. The real Jacob's Well is located in Wimberley. Harrigan seems to be drawimg on some facts regarding deaths of divers in the caves from which spring the waters which form Cypress Creek. I live a blick off Cypress Creek Lane and a mile from Jacob's Well. The area is now open for tours, but no swimming or diving allowed.
