Interesting stuff, obviously outdated but gives you a sense of the American perspective coming into the 21st century. Brezezinski assumes, like Huntington, that American empire is a necessity for word peace. Total BS that I think even they kinda already knew.

History works like physics, stabilization is so necessary for human life, it's always inevitable. The question is, what would it look like.
