Excellent book with often overlooked insights into much more than just interviewing. For interviewers, this should be a must read, and the concepts should be put into your documented interview process (if you don't have one, this will help you create one). (See also the book "Who".)

This book continues to be very insightful. It's a must read for people doing hiring.

Some of the questions are really helpful. They should be changed to fit each context, yet they provide the base insight that is easily tweaked. Very helpful! The book continues to be insightful in a critical and often overlooked area of interviewing.

The quality of this book makes me want to read The EQ Difference... OK, Just bought it for $3. Cool.

To early to say much, but scanning through gave me positive impressions. These are often missed and critical parts of interviewing and life in general. I hope it's as good as it looks.
