Discussing False Friends ( words that seem the same in 2 languages but have different meanings) she looks at words for parts of the day with the same word having distinctly different meanings in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is followed by a map showing that in the southern Netherlands both sets of concepts are used - beware of turning up at the wrong time!

The same applies for any accent outside of the Two Holland or Utrecht provinces. The northern provinces are considered farmers, Brabant & Limburg under the big rivers are considered spare Belgians. So considering this 75 percent of the Dutch countryside are not taken seriously. We certainly do not need the Belgians in this story or the South Africans who speak the Boer language.😉
