How is this? I am going to go through 1 and 2 Peter in a few months.

I've only completed Hebrews so I can't comment on Peter, but it's pretty good. I recommend it for Hebrews, not necessarily for the quality of the commentary, but because it is one of the only Hebrews commentaries I am aware of that takes a "Christian Maturity" position on the warning passages. It's worth having for that.

Fruchtenbaum's commentary style as a whole has some annoying quirks, but is generally pretty helpful.
