Oh my goodness, I can't put this one down. It's so brilliant and I can see how influential it's been to other sci-fi and fantasy authors.
I talked myself into thinking this would be dry and dull, involved and intellectual though not in a good way.. I was so wrong. I wish I'd discovered this book in my young life and re read through the decades as I have The Lord of the Rings.
