I really like the sentence that describes the red in Hooks eye. "The red in his eye had caught sight of Peters medicine standing on a ledge within easy reach". I think the red in his eye represents his evil side.

I think the way in which J.M. Berrie compares the lagoon to closing your eyes shut hard is very creative. The way he describes that flash of color as the lagoon is very imaginative.

I truly feel bad for Tinkerbell
because she is not that bad a fairy despite trying to kill Wendy several times.

I have finally reached the conclusion that Peter Pan is not a nice person. I think Peter only brought Wendy so she would read them stories.

I think Captain Hook is a great character because he causes destruction and is very violent. I also think Peter Pan choose him as a rival because he is the exact opposite of Peter.

J.m. Barrie is a master at creating solid characters and presenting detailed settings. This book although old is still engaging and fun today.
