It's been awhile since I read this one, but I remember being so creeped out (and fascinated) by the story. Another one with a similar tale (if you haven't already read it) is Death in the City of Light - about a serial killer in Nazi occupied Paris. Creepy!

Sounds interesting. I got this at a bookstore "blind date" sale for Valentines's Day. The blurb on the package said it was for someone who wants to visit Chicago, likes award winning books, and whose perfect weekend involves watching episodes of 48 Hours. I'm loving it!
