I'm considering putting this down and moving onto something else for a bit. It's a shame, because this series has done some really great work in presenting the uglier parts of America's past and present through the lens of fantasy, but the story's momentum has slowed to a crawl right when the tension should be at its highest. Maybe I'm just not in the right headspace for this right now.
