A lot of these exercises are very familiar. This book is probably best suited for someone in their 20s or 30s, who feels stuck. That said, there is some stuff that is new to me, for example the Pleasure List idea.

Having enjoyed considerable success with the 5:2 diet, I downloaded this book to my kindle on a whim. This is not written by the same person who originated the official 5:2 diet, however she has written her own book on the diet. In this book she suggests applying the technique to other areas of life. That seems quite an interesting and worthwhile approach.
