I wonder what happened to Miranda's boyfriend to make him evil and prompt Em to kill him. I think Em should just try to make him feel better.

Em is trying to kill Miranda's boyfriend, and Miranda is trying to save her boyfriend. I hope that Miranda manages to save her boyfriend and that she does not get herself hurt. In my opinion Miranda is a younger version of Em, and is just less prepared for the apocalypse. I like Miranda because she is so innocent. I feel bad for her because she did nothing wrong to deserve losing her boyfriend.

I love how the two completely different story lines in this book intertwine, so that it turns out Miranda is Em from four years ago. I also like that they have to kill their previous selves. If you do not understand this review, it's okay. This book is the equivalent of Inception.
