My quick and dirty review.
It is a rare author these days that can make a truly synmpathetic villain. I feel Austin grossman has accomplished just that with "Soon I will be Invincible". "Yes, Doctor Impossible is the standard genius Supervillain in the lines of Dr. Doom or Lex Luthor, but what Austin does is give him humanity, gives him a believable back-story and a rhyme or reason for his behavior and actions.
