In so many ways I admire and empathize with Orson Pratt; however, like so many livers of polygamy, he seems to have been quite the neglectful husband.

Some fantastic source material in this book.

Some of the best stuff I have ever read on trying to recognize Mormonism's plurality of God's with Mormonism's monotheistic approach to worship. Orson Pratt really wrestled with this. And, likely, Brigham Young did too in his own manner.
