This book is about the life of Bear Grylls and his school life, SAS experience, and his expeditions in later life. I liked this book because it is all about the outdoors and challenging yourself. I thought that everything about this book was really good and i didn't dislike anything about it. I would suggest this book to anyone who likes biographies or sport and outdoors.
