This book is exactly what I need right now. I'm finding the language to by super colloquial, which is a bit weird while reading a book, and might mean the book will be hard to read in the future. But so far the book is really powerful, and the worksheets are very helpful, and they are getting me to action to doing what I want to in my life. They are basically helping me do simple things *right now*.
