well adventure filled book about Bear Grylls' family, childhood, sas(r) experience, everest adventure, tv show and scout figure head journey. He talks a lot about his close calls and his family and christain faith comes through strong and clear. Overall, the book took a bit to get started, but it became enjoyable and fluid to read soon enough.
