This book is made up of 3 separate novellas. I had read Kanikosen in college, but got a taste to reread it, so I bought this in order to do so. It was, well, what I thought it would be, and what I remembered. I actually really like proletariat literature...but that said, I can't take more than one in a row, so I'll be putting this down for a little bit before I continue to the next story. :)
