It’s taken me a long time to start The Stand which is surprising because I consider myself a King fan. It started worth movies like The Shining and the IT miniseries. IT took me along time time get through and it’s a large book as well. I struggled to start this book because although I loved the IT miniseries, the Stand one was average. But I’m hooked. I love the characters and suspense as the world builds.
