Reading the entire cycle is difficult, but so rewarding. I really appreciate how Proust shows you various characters at different times in their lives and in different circumstances, helping you to appreciate how all of us are multi-faceted… a fool in love in one phase, a genius in business or art in another. He teaches us to be more understanding and to comprehend that everyone has different sides to their personalities.

exactly.I actually gave up proust for now, I will probably pick him again in the future but I can say he does an incredible job describing feelings and simple moments which makes them seem like art
