This book is so much better than I anticipated when I picked it up off the library shelf. Abbie is a wonderful protagonist and she's easy to relate to, despite being from the 1880s. The inclusion of the Pre-Raphaelite brotherhood thrilled me and definitely fleshed out the world at that time. I can't wait to finish this amazing book!
