I previously remarked that the analysis of Hamlet was among the stupidest I had ever encountered, and I didn't have much hope for the rest.
The essays since then have been more interesting, but not remarkable.
I just finished Knight's shining essay on Brutus and Macbeth. An absolute gem. This inclines me to forgive Knight's wildly divergent ideas and admit I'm dealing with a scholar and true lover of Shakespeare.
