Just now getting into the ingredients for Core and Love of Learning phases. I'm pensive after the introductory chapters. So much to think about, but these are theories and assertions well worth thinking about.

Just got through the first 12 or so "ingredients" for a Leadership Education in the Core and Love of Learning phases. Several are things we already do regularly, or at least occasionally. Some sound really hard, like the 6 month purge. But mostly I agree these are all good things. Looking forward to the next two chapters of ingredients.
