#2 - bleh, sorry to say. Did not like this much, too confusing, too concentrated on sex (yeah really, mortal danger, fleeing from enemies, but we have time for a quickie? Seriously?), and forgetting the proper plot. What I did like was the dynamics between the brothers, and the idea of the plot which, as said, was neglected and only turned up from time to time like an afterthough in between all those sex scenes.

TS Layne - Mr Pink: What did this story do in this collection titled "Love and Danger"? Where was the danger? This was just a haphazard string of sex scenes between entitled male trust fund baby Austin and widowed mother Macey. Lots of hints from oh-so-poor-mistreated Austin's past (how does this explain him being an a-hole nowadays?), too short. His choise, but others' fault?

I liked this. Jace and his organisation are after the killer Calypso, but by mistake they get a specialist on Russian art, Dr Maddy Cole. Sparks fly beween Maddy and Jace, but with his past, he does not think he is good enough for her. He needs to protect her, though, as his boss is using her as bait for Calypso...
Good characters, very good storytelling, good plot and fast-paced.

Dark Mafia by Annika Martin: Albanian Mafya (yes that's the spelling in the book) killer with a kind heart is trying to find his brothers, who were kidnapped by another Mafia boss who killed his parents. So he now kidnaps his daughter, and the rest is predictable and boring. Did this story really have to be told?

Good one - 2 CIA agents need to find and eliminate one of their own, who threatens to endanger them and their friends.
Fast paced, good narration, humour, and likeable characters.

Number 4 is a strange one and not in the same type as the previous ones. Young lawyer returns back to her cop family, only to fall in love with a friend and colleague of her brother and father. Some jealous female(s) make her life difficult, but only towards the end of the story. Good plot, but forced funny and somewhat on the very unrealistic side. Nice read though.

Third one was good again: Delta soldiers, specifically Fletch, protect a young mother and her daughter from another soldier who doesn't like losing. Loved it.
