WTF Jackson. OMG, he's not denying it. What am I talking about you ask? So Jack just told Evie that one of the reasons he is helping her is because he doesnt like unsolved mysteries. Then he said "Besides, I ain't even slept with you yet." So Evie asks if thats one of the main reasons, and he says wholeheartedly. Hence my WTFs. And then something explodes...

So, the prologue reminds me of the Tell Tale Heart by Edger Allen Poe, and I really want to know how it got from high school new kids and halucinations to creepy men who like to torture girls. Guess I have to keep reading huh
