So far, I’ve finished 2 (“Autobiography of a Corpse” and “In the Pupil”) of the 11 short stories. A decent bit into “Seams,” the third. Very dense, lyrical prose; a codex chock-full of metaphor and metaphysics, of a figurative/linguistic eloquence akin to Joyce or Beckett or Borges.

I can’t read a single page without marking it up.
