Yesterday, at night, my dumbass as usual was thinking up stuff that mortals can only fathom of once in a life time.
It was just a simple probably stupid question. How does anxiety feel like?
Don't get me wrong, I too have severe anxiety and my experience maybe different from yours. I am going to type out how I would explain anxiety.
Have you ever had a dream where you suddenly fall from a height but wake up just before you hit the ground? Well imagine the same thing, the falling, the waking up except you don't wake up on bed, you wake up mid sky and then fall again and wake up mid sky and fall again and again and again and again. A loop. A spiral. It turtles all the way down and you cannot see the down part of it because its never ending.
Whenever you are panicking people say 'dont panick'. Its as absurd as saying 'don't fall' in that situation. You cant hold onto anything, you cannot think properly, your fear is intensified and you have no choice except falling again and again.
