Gaby gets news reports from all over the world. News reporters keep contacting her and family. Gaby gets stressed.

Gaby has to make another fake project so people won't be suspicious.Gaby talks to the principal about her real project and he said they would have present hers in the gym in front of everybody. She told some teachers before she told everybody else. Gaby told everybody in the entire school, some people cried and were shocked. But everybody was happy and amazed by her project.

Gaby and her friends came up with a plan. They would tel everyone she got pregnany homecoming night. Gaby would have to keep her pregnancy a lie for 6 months. Everyone at school eventually found out and started talking about her behind her back. Gaby reapeatedly said she would just brush off the rumors but she doesn't know if she can handle it anymore.

Gaby and her peers at school get information about the senior project. She figures out what she wants to do, she would fake a pregnancy. Gaby told her mom, who said she would be very supportive but was also nervous for her. She told her boyfriend about her idea and he had the same reaction as Gabys mom. Gaby then told the principal, superintedant who had approved. She didn't very many people. She gave signs to peers.

Gabys says her and Jorge's parents didn't except their relationship. Gabys mom didn't want her to date at all. Her mom grew to like him though. He helped around the house and fixed whatever they needed.

Gaby talks about how she has to watches her sisters baby all the time while she goes out and parties. She also talks about how she realizes how poor people are that live around her. She always thought they were the only poor people in her neighborhood. Gaby had her ceremony for her fifteenth birthday. When she becomes a women in her tradition. Gaby found her boyfriend, Javier, who is a senior.

Gaby talks about how her mother got pregnant with her and how her father is not apart of her life. Gaby doesn't get to see him often because he is married, has another child, and works all the time. Gaby is a good student and is very mature.
