Author is careful to footnote just about everything! He spends an inordinate amount of copy to review cases that are well known to ufology. However I am now reaching the juicy parts that are relevant to the title itself. Many just gloss over in their research the biological implications and the unfortunate black ops use for bio warfare design with alien viruses. Folks that's life here on planet Earth.

starts out with deep footnotes of the historical commonly known incidents but begins later to move on to the premise of the book, that alien crash sites, the crafts and inhabitants have contaminated and made recovering personal and researches sick and dead from the exposure to alien bio viruses. Now the dark side as DOD research in bioterror are attempting to back engineer for weapon devolpment.
